CANCELATION POLICY
We have a 5-day cancellation policy, which means you have 5 days after placing your order to request a cancellation.
To start a cancellation, you can contact us at Partygraphicsigns@gmail.com.
We do NOT accept cancellations after this time, since that’s when your order process starts. We order materials, paints, etc based on your specific order.
If your cancellation is accepted, we’ll issue a full refund immediately.
You can always contact us for any question at Partygraphicsigns@gmail.com.
Digital logos won’t be refunded by any circumstance if the logo has been already made. You can request modifications.
SHIPPING DAMAGES/ LOSS
We carefully inspect and pack each piece before it leaves our facility for any imperfections or damage. Please inspect each piece immediately upon delivery and notify us within 48 hrs regarding any issues. Partygraphic Signs is not liable for damage incurred during shipping and delivery, but we may be able to help you file a claim with the shipping provider.
You must keep the original package in case the shipping provider determines it needs to be fixed, so you can ship it back to us.
If the shipping provider determines that the product needs to be replaced, we’ll remake your order as soon as they approve payment.
We do NOT issue refunds for orders damaged or lost during shipping, unless the shipping provider pays for this damage/ loss.
PROCESSING/ DELIVERY TIME
Due to the nature of our products, processing times are estimated and can differ from order to order. Please inform us if you need to rush your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We do not offer exchanges.
